OUR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Under the FIRE SAFETY ORDER 2005 there is a legal responsibility for all businesses with 5 or more employees to have a compliant BS5839-1:2017 fire alarm system. These systems of life, building and key asset protection are required to be properly maintained on a regular basis (every 6 months) by a suitably qualified engineer, and recording all events.

Norfolk Fire Groups fire alarm system maintenance contracts are specifically designed to cover you under the regulations and ensure you receive optimum safe performance from your fire alarm system/s.

Norfolk Fire Group installations carry our 24-month guarantee. This covers parts and installation (subject to a service contract being taken out in the second year).
